Lobbies available by appointment onlyAs a precaution to ensure the safety and health of our customers, teammates and communities, all Midstates Bank lobbies are currently available by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled to open accounts, meet with lenders or access safe deposit boxes. Before your appointment, you must meet the following criteria:
- No travel outside of the United States within the last 14 days
- No exposure to a confirmed case of COVID-19
- No symptoms of illness (fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, etc.)

Please use our drive-thrus, walk-ups, ATMs, night deposit, Online Banking, or Mobile App to access all of our banking services, or call to schedule an appointment. Walk up facilities are available at our Harlan, Council Bluffs, Missouri Valley and Mondamin locations. Minden location will be closed until further notice.
