Drive-thru and walk-up windows remain open. Lobbies remain closed to the public and are available by appointment only.

Drive-thru and walk-up windows remain open

Drive-thru and walk-up windows will remain open normal business hours.  We ask that customers comply with the CDC guidelines as far as exposure to COVID.  Walk-ups are available at the following locations:
  • Avoca
  • Council Bluffs
  • Harlan
  • Minden
  • Missouri Valley
  • Mondamin
  • Neola- coming soon!

Lobbies available by appointment only

As a precaution to ensure the safety and health of our customers, teammates and communities, all Midstates Bank lobbies are currently available by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled to open accounts, meet with lenders or access safe deposit boxes. Before your appointment, you must meet the following criteria:
  • No travel outside of the United States within the last 14 days
  • No exposure to a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • No symptoms of illness (fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, etc.)
For security reasons, you must remove your mask for camera coverage before entering the bank and respect social distancing recommendations.

Please use our drive-thrus, walk-ups, ATMs, night deposit, Online Banking, or Mobile App to access all of our banking services, or call to schedule an appointment.

Use Bankability On Demand Text Messaging to send a text message to our Customer Care Center at 888-710-9070 and have your questions and help requests answered directly by one of our team members 7am-7pm, 7 days a week; after hours responses are next day.

You can set up account and transaction alerts through Mobile and Online Banking.  Learn more about common scams and tips to protect your money.

In addition, remain aware of scammer emails and phone calls that are designed to offer healthcare or financial assistance in the coming weeks and know that Midstates Bank will never contact you to ask for your social security number, account number or personal information.  Be sure to contact us immediately if you believe your accounts, debit cards or personal information has been compromised.
