All Branch Lobbies Now Open

Our customers’ and colleagues’ health and well-being remain one of our top priorities as we continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines established by local, state, and federal health officials.

Carefully considering those guidelines, we have reopened our branch lobbies

Now, in addition to walk-up lobbies, drive-thru, ATM, and online, you may again bank inside any of our branch locations. View branch Locations and Hours.

 

What to Expect on Your Branch Visit

We look forward to welcoming you back into our branches. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep everyone healthy. Here is what you can expect during your visit:
 
  1. Masks are required. Midstates Bank colleagues will be wearing masks and we require you do the same. 
  2. Customers wearing face coverings may be asked to remove them briefly for identification purposes.
  3. Plexiglass barriers at teller stations have been installed.
  4. Social distancing is being practiced.
  5. Enhanced sanitation protocols are in place, including disinfecting high-contact surfaces throughout the day and after each appointment.
