How do I enroll in Mobile Deposit?
1. Open the Midstates Bank Mobile app or download the app from the App Store or Google Play store. Use your existing Online Banking User ID and Password to Log in.
2. Select Mobile Deposit from the Menu
3. Complete enrollment and agree to the terms.
What are the Mobile Deposit Limits?
Daily Limits: 10 Items / Amount $3,000
Monthly Limits: 20 Items / Amount $5,000
When will the funds be available for use?
Checks deposited before 5 pm will be available during the end of day processing (generally by 7 pm). Checks deposited after 5 pm will be available the following business day at end of day processing.
If I have more than one account, how can I add the other accounts?
Select 'Send Secure Message' through the Midstates Bank Mobile App to request additional accounts to be added. Don't have the mobile app handy? Simply send an email to msbnahelp@msbna or contact your local branch.
