Online and Mobile Banking move to view-only mode while we update our system. You'll be able to view balances and transactions, but transfers, bill pay and mobile deposit will be unavailable until the new platform is live.

The new Online and Mobile Banking platform goes live! Mobile app users will be prompted to update to the newest version.

Use your current Midstates username and the last 4 digits of your SSN/TIN as your password.

 

Verify your identity

Enter your security code, sent by text, voice or email. You can "trust" your device to bypass this step on future logins.

 

Set up your new credentials

Update your username if you'd like, and create a new password.

 

Accept the updated terms

You must open the PDF before you're able to toggle your acceptance of the agreement.

Frequently asked questions

You will still log in via the main page of our website www.MidstatesBank.com by clicking on the green Login button on the top, right-hand side of our homepage then use your current Midstates username and the last 4 digits of your SSN/TIN as your password.

Yes. If you don't have auto-updates enabled, you'll be prompted to download the update through the App Store or Google Play. Look for the new icon and version 5.4.0 (or higher) at the bottom of the login screen — that's how you'll know you're on the new version:
This is an added security step to protect your account(s). You can receive your code by text, voice or email. Don't see your cell phone number listed? Call us to update your contact information. To skip this step on future logins, you can "trust" your computer or device — up to 5 trusted devices are allowed. Clearing your cookies will require you to complete identity verification again.
Yes, if you currently use the Mobile Deposit feature, your enrollment will remain active. If you would like to enroll in our secure Mobile Deposit service, please request access within the app.
Yes. There will be no changes to your Online Bill Pay service. Your scheduled payments will be sent without interruption, and all payee details and payment history will transfer seamlessly to the new platform.
All scheduled and recurring transfers will carry over automatically without interruption. You can easily view, edit, or manage your scheduled transfers anytime in the transfers menu.
No action needed—your eStatement and notice preferences will carry over automatically. You can manage or update delivery options anytime under Statements > Advanced Settings.
Yes — receive custom text alerts for your daily balance, monthly balance, balances above or below a set amount, and specific transaction types. Enroll and manage your preferences through the Alerts menu.
Select "Forgot Username or Password" on the login screen and follow the steps to unlock and reset your credentials.
