System Upgrade

 

What you should know

Midstates bank is excited to announce that we are completing an upgrade of our core banking system during the weekend of February 5th & 6th.

Our core banking system is the computer software that performs our major banking functions. Most of the system changes will occur behind the scenes and is mostly visible to our staff. However, you will notice an improved experience at the teller line with optimized workflows and streamlined processes to serve you more efficiently. That is why we are referring to this core migration as an "upgrade."


Upgrade timeline

We will begin the upgrade process the weekend of February 5th & 6th. 

All offices will be closed on Saturday, February 5th.

On Monday, February 7th, the transition will be complete, and all services will be restored and available with new and exciting enhancements.  Customers will not experience any changes to accounts, account access or banking products with the upgrade.
