Update your accounting software for the Digital Banking upgrade

Midstates Bank is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, September 21, 2026. This upgrade will require changes to your QuickBooks, Quicken or Mint software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

Action Dates

The conversion instructions below reference two action dates. Please use the dates provided here — not the dates in the instructions themselves.

1st Action Date: By or before September 18, 2026 by 2:00 PM

Complete a data file backup and a final transaction download. Transactions may not be available for download after this date. (See Step-by-Step Guide section below).

2nd Action Date: On or after September 22, 2026

Complete the remaining conversion steps, including deactivating and reactivating your online banking connection. This will ensure your Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are correctly connected to our new platform.

Video Tutorials
The following videos will provide you with additional support for the required changes. Each video demonstrates the deactivate/disconnect process for that product.

Please note:

Intuit aggregation services will be unavailable for up to five business days after while the connection is updated. During this period, the following services will not work:

  • Quicken for Windows/Mac Express Web Connect or Quicken Connect
  • QuickBooks Online aggregation
  • Credit Karma

During the outage, Intuit product users should download and manually import a QFX or QBO file to continue updating their accounts.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
